If you prioritize high performance for activities like gaming, 3D rendering, or intensive engineering tasks, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 will be the better option. It has a more powerful processor and graphics card, which are crucial for these demanding tasks. However, the Dell XPS 13 Plus offers a higher resolution OLED touchscreen display, which could be preferred if you value superior screen quality and touch capability for general use and media consumption. The XPS 13 Plus also boasts a longer battery life and is significantly more portable due to its lighter weight. It's important to consider that while the Dell XPS 13 Plus has a sleeker design and is more suitable for general business use, it may not handle high-performance tasks as well as the ASUS. Conversely, the ASUS is less portable and has a shorter battery life, but excels in performance-heavy areas. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 has a better screen than the Dell XPS 13 Plus for gaming and AI, while the Dell XPS 13 Plus has a better screen for engineering and design, and content creation.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 offers high resolution and brightness along with a solid panel type, making it delightful for everyday tasks, but its refresh rate is lower which isn't ideal for fast-paced gaming or 3D work. The Dell XPS 13 Plus also boasts superb resolution and brightness with strong color coverage that benefits detailed engineering and design work, while like the ASUS, its refresh rate holds it back for gaming and 3D applications. Despite both having detailed, vivid displays for general and professional use, neither laptop is optimal for high-refresh-rate needs such as gaming and 3D modeling.

How the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 and the Dell XPS 13 Plus compare to other laptops
"The ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is not yet as optimised as its predecessor. Compared to the previous gen, performance and efficiency have improved significantly. What's more, the wonderful, Mini-LED Nebula display is a contender for the main highlight and almost manages to put the CPU and GPU in the shade. We already found its predecessor to be a well-rounded and well-optimised gaming machine. Generally, but not unequivocally, that also applies to the new Asus M16. Similar to most of the current, new laptops, we are dealing with a double generational leap in terms of the CPU and GPU. However, this change doesn't always run smoothly."
"The XPS 13 Plus is powerful, but has its drawbacks. Dell did not only update the processor generation, but also decided to offer two completely different models from now on. The XPS 13 Plus gets the faster Intel Alder Lake-P chips, and the Core i7-1260P in our review unit offers good performance figures. However, the device once again shows the problems of the current Intel CPUs, because the high performance requires a lot of power. This affects the battery runtime as well as temperatures, so the new model (even with the Optimized power profile) is louder than the older model."
