The ASUS ROG Strix G17 is usually less expensive and offers strong performance with its AMD Ryzen processor and Nvidia RTX graphics, suited for gaming and heavy tasks, with a large 17-inch display. However, it's heavier and bulkier, which may affect portability. The Razer Blade 15 is somewhat more expensive and also provides high performance but with an Intel processor and a slightly less powerful Nvidia RTX graphics card. It has a smaller 15-inch screen, is lighter, and thus easier to carry, making it a good choice if you prioritize portability along with performance. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Strix G17 has a better screen than the Razer Blade 15 for general use, gaming and AI, and content creation.
For general use, both the ASUS ROG Strix G17 and the Razer Blade 15 offer clear and bright displays with high resolution, providing crisp images and comfortable viewing. In engineering and design, their screens cover a wide range of colors, ensuring accuracy for tasks that require color precision, like photo editing and graphic design. However, for gaming and 3D applications where fluid motion is key, their lower refresh rates do not deliver the smoothest experience, which can be a drawback for fast-paced visuals or professional level gaming.

The Razer Blade 15 and ASUS ROG Strix G17 are both good for general use.
The ASUS ROG Strix G17 offers a high-quality screen, robust CPU and RAM for multitasking and multimedia, while its larger size reduces portability and its battery life is shorter; the Razer Blade 15 also boasts powerful CPU and sufficient RAM for daily tasks, and while slightly smaller and lighter with better battery life, it offers a more portable form factor without compromising screen quality or performance for general use. Considering other factors, both laptops bring ample storage and quality keyboards, with the ASUS possibly delivering louder fan noise and the Razer providing slightly higher portability overall.

How the ASUS ROG Strix G17 and the Razer Blade 15 compare to other laptops
"The Asus ROG Strix G17 is an attractive but unbalanced gaming laptop. Its potent AMD Ryzen 9 processor excels in 1080p gaming, but playing at 1440p leaves the middling GeForce RTX 4060 GPU shouldering most of the burden. The display is exceptionally colorful, which is handy for content creators, but since this is a gaming laptop it would be better served with improved HDR capabilities. If battery life isn't a priority, the Strix G17 could serve as a designer by day and a gamer by night."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
