Given that the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 tends to be more expensive than the HP Victus 15, consider your priorities. The ASUS is likely to offer higher performance, better suited for intensive tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or gaming, and has a more premium build quality. On the other hand, the HP Victus 15 offers solid performance at a more affordable price, making it suitable for general use and some gaming. If you frequently travel or need a lightweight device, the ASUS is more portable. However, if budget and decent performance for everyday tasks are your main concerns, the HP Victus 15 may be the smarter choice. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is very good for general use, while the HP Victus 15 is good.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is considered very good for general use due to its higher-performance CPU, larger amount of RAM, and superior screen quality with better brightness, resolution, and a touchscreen, which together provide a more responsive and visually appealing experience, complemented by its high portability given its smaller size and lighter weight. The HP Victus 15, while good for general use, offers a less powerful CPU, less RAM, a standard quality screen without a touchscreen, and is less portable due to its larger size and heavier weight, but it still manages good battery life and heat management which are important for everyday use.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is good for gaming and AI, while the HP Victus 15 is only fair.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 stands out for gaming and 3D tasks with its superior GPU and higher screen refresh rate compared to the HP Victus 15, which means it can handle more complex graphics and provide smoother visuals. While both have IPS screens for quality display, the ASUS has a more powerful CPU, contributing to better overall performance, but these features may also make the ASUS less affordable than the HP.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is very good for engineering and design, while the HP Victus 15 is only fair.
The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 excels in engineering and design tasks due to its superior CPU, double the RAM, and more advanced GPU compared to the HP Victus 15, providing exceptional performance and handling of complex tasks. While the ASUS also has a higher resolution and touchscreen, its smaller screen size and better portability might suit professionals on the move, whereas the HP's larger screen and keyboard with a numeric pad could be more comfortable for extended work sessions but at the expense of higher weight and size..

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 has a better screen than the HP Victus 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, the ASUS laptop stands out with a higher resolution and brighter display, offering sharper images and better visibility in various lighting conditions, whereas the HP's satisfactory display is enough for everyday tasks but less impressive in clarity and brightness. The ASUS also shines in engineering and design tasks due to its wider color gamut coverage, ensuring more accurate color representation, which is crucial for professional design work, whereas the HP, with its fair color accuracy, is serviceable but not ideal for color-critical work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, the ASUS's lower refresh rate means less fluid motion and slower response times, making the experience less immersive compared to laptops with higher refresh rates, while the HP also falls short in providing the smooth visuals sought by gamers and professionals in 3D modeling.

"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
