The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is an upper midrange-priced, highly portable device suitable for intensive tasks, including 3D or machine learning, with a better display and a touchscreen, making it great for general use and engineering purposes; however, expect a higher price and slightly less battery life than the ASUS ROG Strix G15. The Strix G15 costs less, provides decent gaming performance with strong battery life, and is better equipped for general use and entertainment, but it's bulkier and lacks a touchscreen, limiting its appeal for mobile professionals or those seeking a 2-in-1 experience. How the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 and the ASUS ROG Strix G15 compare to other laptops
"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."
"The ASUS ROG Strix G15 is a successful high-performance 15-inch laptop. The Asus ROG Strix impresses with an elaborate design and fast hardware. The latter can unleash its potential well in the large 15-inch case and achieve a decent performance boost compared to the previous generation. Especially the stunning 300 Hz display as well as the RTX 3070 and its generous TDP give gamers their money's worth. Asus didn't neglect seemingly small details, either, such as the keyboard and the maintenance options. The ROG Strix G15 offers a lot of pure performance and excellent workmanship in a 15-inch format, but connectivity leaves something to be desired."
