Given your consideration of the ASUS ROG Flow X16 and Lenovo Legion 5 15", keep in mind that while the ASUS is generally more expensive, it offers a 2-in-1 convertible design allowing for use as both a laptop and tablet, which adds to its versatility. However, if you are looking for a more budget-friendly option, the Lenovo Legion 5 15" could be preferable and still provides solid performance for gaming and general use. The ASUS comes with a slightly higher resolution and better battery life, which may be beneficial for productivity and media consumption. In contrast, the Lenovo, despite having a lower resolution screen, includes a more recent graphics card, which might be better for newer games or more graphic-intensive tasks. Ultimately, if portability and versatility are top priorities and you're willing to invest more, the ASUS might be the better choice. But if you're focused on gaming performance and are more price-conscious, the Lenovo could serve you well. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Flow X16 has a better screen than the Lenovo Legion 5 15" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
When choosing between the ASUS ROG Flow X16 and Lenovo Legion 5 15", the display panels have different strengths; the ASUS offers high resolution and brightness, alongside a wide color range, making it excellent for detailed engineering and design work. However, for gaming and 3D applications where refresh rate is key, both laptops have screens that aren't optimal due to lower refresh rates, impacting the smoothness of fast-moving visuals. The Lenovo, with good resolution and brightness, is still a solid choice for both general use and engineering tasks, but it doesn’t match the ASUS’s color accuracy which is critical for professional design work.

How the ASUS ROG Flow X16 and the Lenovo Legion 5 15" compare to other laptops
"Above all else, the Asus ROG Flow X16 is one thing - versatile! It is a thin, mobile work device, it's a 2-in-1, tablet, a powerful workstation and even a gaming PC. But something even more surprising: It does all of these things really well without making any big blunders. It's anything but a lazy compromise. Because, despite its compact dimensions and 2-in-1 functionality, the hardware isn't throttled and boasts, at least in turbo mode, above-average performance."
"The Lenovo Legion 5 15 is an affordable gaming laptop with a lot of power. The new AMD processor Ryzen 7 5800H offers plenty of performance and it is also very efficient. The combination with the fast 130W version of the GeForce RTX 3060 ensures high gaming performance. We also like the fast 165 Hz display with the 1080p resolution. The automatic graphics switching causes some problems with stutters, which are very annoying. If you do not need long battery runtimes, you should definitely deactivate the hybrid graphics mode in Lenovo's Vantage app. The Legion 5 15 is never silent."
