The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) excels in battery life and is extremely quiet since it operates without a fan, making it a good choice for tasks that prioritize longevity and a silent environment. It's also lightweight and offers high-quality construction, but it is more limited in storage and RAM compared to the ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo. On the other hand, the ASUS model packs a larger and higher resolution OLED touchscreen, greater storage, and more RAM, which is beneficial for more demanding engineering, 3D rendering, or machine learning tasks. It also has a higher refresh rate for smoother visual performance, but it does come with shorter battery life and a slightly heavier build, affecting portability. The MacBook runs on MacOS, while the ZenBook operates on Windows 11 Home, so your preference of operating system could be a deciding factor. If intensive gaming is a consideration, the ZenBook Pro 14 Duo indicates a suitability for this purpose. Give Feedback

The ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 Duo has a better screen than the Apple MacBook Pro 13 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Apple MacBook Pro 13 offers a high-resolution Retina display, which makes it great for general use with its sharp detail and brightness, as well as for engineering and design with its accurate color representation across professional color gamuts. However, its screen's standard refresh rate limits its effectiveness for 3D tasks which benefit from higher refresh rates for smoother visuals. The ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo also features a high-resolution display and excels in color accuracy, which is crucial for engineering and design work, but its screen may not refresh fast enough for the optimal gaming and 3D experience where higher refresh rates are preferred.

How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the ASUS ZenBook Pro 14 Duo compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED is a well-tuned instrument for content creators, excelling at a range of general office tasks as well as tasks that require a little more grunt like encoding and 3D rendering. The big attraction is the laptop’s dual displays. They’re the best ones we’ve used in an Asus Zenbook Duo laptop to date with a spate of year-on-year improvements that make the visuals more striking and the cross-screen integration easier than ever before."
