The Acer Swift X offers more GPU power with its Nvidia RTX 3050, potentially better for activities like gaming or video editing, whereas the Dell XPS 13 with the Intel i7 processor and integrated Iris Xe graphics leans more towards general use and productivity tasks. The XPS 13 has a higher RAM capacity, enhancing multitasking and demanding tasks. Battery capacities are similar, but the Swift X is slightly heavier and less portable than the XPS 13. Both have similar 512GB of storage and high-quality IPS screens; the XPS 13 offers a slightly higher resolution and aspect ratio. Consider the Swift X for performance-intensive tasks and the XPS 13 for a balance of performance and portability. Give Feedback

The Dell XPS 13 has a better screen than the Acer Swift X for general use, engineering and design, and content creation.
If you prioritize a crisp and bright display for everyday tasks like web browsing and watching videos, both the Acer Swift X and Dell XPS 13 provide high resolution and good panel quality that cater to these needs. For engineering and design, the importance of accurate color representation means that while both laptops have nice displays, professionals might find them lacking in the color ranges critical for precision work. Gamers and those into 3D applications will find the screens on these models less suitable, as they do not prioritize high refresh rates which are essential for smooth motion and fast-paced visuals.

How the Acer Swift X (2021) and the Dell XPS 13 compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"In the past, the XPS 13 was a hands-down contender for the best laptop on the market. But the Apple-silicon MacBook has since barrelled onto the scene, and it wipes the floor with most of the ultraportable Windows laptops that cross my desk on a daily basis. This XPS is no exception. Compared to the M2 MacBook Air, battery life is worse."
