For general use and portability, the Acer Swift X (2022) is a bit heavier but offers longer battery life, which may be more convenient for all-day work or study without a nearby power outlet. The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 has a higher price, but offers superior performance that benefits 3D, machine learning, and engineering tasks due to its more powerful processor and graphics unit; it also has a touchscreen, which may be useful for certain applications. Keep in mind that the ASUS has a shorter battery life, making it less ideal for extensive use without charging. The Acer could be more cost-effective for everyday tasks, while the ASUS is more suited for intensive tasks and has the benefit of a higher refresh rate display for smoother visuals. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 has a better screen than the Acer Swift X for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Swift X offers a good balance of resolution and brightness fit for everyday tasks and productivity in fields like engineering and design due to its adequate color reproduction. The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 elevates this with higher brightness and more extensive color gamuts, making it better for professionals who prioritize color accuracy for detailed design work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, both laptops fall short as their screens do not support the high refresh rates necessary for smooth visuals and fast-paced action commonly desired in that realm.

How the Acer Swift X (2022) and the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."
