The Acer Swift X (2023) is more suited for gaming and content creation as it has a dedicated Nvidia GPU and a higher refresh rate display, beneficial for fast-paced visual tasks. However, the HP EliteBook 845 G9 offers a longer battery life potentially making it a better option for those prioritizing portability and productivity on the go. The EliteBook also runs Windows 11 Pro and includes features geared towards business users. Both laptops are similarly priced, have the same storage and RAM, and neither has touchscreen capabilities. Your choice should align with whether performance in graphics-intensive applications or longer use away from a power source and professional features take priority. Give Feedback

How the Acer Swift X (2023) and the HP EliteBook 845 G9 compare to other laptops
"The Swift X is an Acer for entry-level gaming. With the entry-level graphics chip, our Acer not only beats every single current AMD and Intel iGPU, but also Intel's dGPU Iris Xe Max. However, despite being a GDDR6 version, the GTX does not match the expectations set by its own counterparts from our database. This may be a result of the single fan, which only produces moderate noise levels under load. The performance level of the thin and light 1.4 kg (~3.09 lbs) 14-inch laptop is impressive nonetheless."
"The high-end version of the HP EliteBook 845 G9 with a Ryzen 9 PRO 6950HS, 32GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD packs a lot of power, but is still quiet and cool enough to operate in noise-sensitive environments. Quiet, cool and drawing on a massive 40 watts from the APU at the same time, however, is not possible. The 14-incher only has a single-fan solution and it only just manages to keep an near unthrottled Ryzen 9 in check."
