If high performance and advanced graphics are crucial for resource-intensive tasks like gaming, 3D modeling, or machine learning, you should consider the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 despite its higher price. It has a more powerful processor and graphics card compared to the HP Victus 15. On the other hand, if affordability and portability are more of a priority and you're mostly dealing with general use or lighter engineering tasks, the HP Victus 15 is a suitable and budget-friendly option. However, you will compromise on computing power, and the gaming experience might not be as smooth or visually detailed as with the Acer. Give Feedback

How the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 and the HP Victus 15 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 sacrifices portability and a truly budget price in the name of additional power. While remaining relatively budget-friendly, this gaming laptop packs serious processing chops, and Acer optimizes its internals to deliver respectable 1080p (or 1200p) gameplay from an RTX 4050. Its keyboard and chassis design won't win it any awards, but its display is a cut above for the price."
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
