As you're considering the Acer Nitro 16 and the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14, think about your priorities. The Acer Nitro 16, with its larger screen and potentially more powerful hardware, is a solid choice for gaming and heavy tasks but is bulkier and might have a shorter battery life. On the other hand, the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 offers unique dual-screen productivity and is more portable, but you might compromise on game performance and pay a higher price. Assess whether performance in gaming and intensive tasks or portability and innovative features are more critical for your daily usage. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Sascha Mölck | June 2023
"Video editing, rendering and, of course, gaming represent the Nitro 16's core competencies with a Ryzen 7 7735HS and GeForce RTX 4070 providing the necessary power. Both chips run at consistently high clock speeds. A fast PCIe 4 SSD (1 TB) provides the required storage space and ensures short loading times. With the Nitro 16 AN16-41, Acer has a well-specced, mid-range gaming laptop in its portfolio."

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | May 2020
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
