The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 offers greater portability with a lighter weight and longer battery life, making it more suitable for on-the-go use and general tasks. It also comes with a touchscreen and is less expensive. However, the Lenovo Legion 5i Pro, with its higher RAM, more powerful processor and dedicated graphics card, excels in gaming, 3D modeling, machine learning, and engineering applications, but sacrifices some portability due to its heavier weight and shorter battery life. The choice depends on whether you prioritize mobility and cost for everyday tasks, or performance for demanding computing activities. Give Feedback

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i is very good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is only fair.
The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is equipped with an integrated Intel graphics card and a standard 60Hz screen, making it less suitable for high-intensity gaming and 3D applications compared to the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, which boasts a dedicated Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card and a higher 165Hz refresh rate, contributing to much smoother visuals and gameplay. Additionally, the Lenovo's more powerful CPU and superior screen quality, with higher resolution and brightness, enhance gaming and 3D performance, outweighing the ASUS's advantages in portability and battery life.

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i is very good for engineering and design, while the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is only fair.
The Lenovo Legion 5i Pro is very good for engineering and design due to its high-performance CPU, double the RAM of the ASUS, and a superior dedicated gaming-class GPU, which greatly enhances tasks like 3D rendering and sophisticated computations. While the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 offers a unique dual-screen experience that may appeal to designers and a more portable form factor, its integrated GPU and less powerful CPU are less suited for the most compute-intensive engineering tasks compared to the Lenovo.

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i has a better screen than the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 offers sharp visuals and ample brightness suited to everyday tasks and detailed engineering work, but it lacks the high refresh rates needed for smooth 3D rendering and gaming. The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, with its high resolution and excellent color reproduction, provides an immersive experience for both general use and professional design tasks; however, similar to the ASUS, it falls short for gaming due to its lower refresh rate. For users prioritizing tasks like web browsing, office work, or CAD software, both laptops suffice, but gamers should seek alternatives with higher refresh rates for the best gaming experience.

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i and ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 are both good for general use.
The ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 is less suited for general use compared to the Lenovo Legion 5i Pro primarily because it has a less powerful CPU and half the amount of RAM, potentially hindering performance during more demanding tasks. How the ASUS Zenbook Duo 14 and the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i compare to other laptops
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
"The midpriced Lenovo Legion Pro 5i Gen 8 follows some of our favorite gaming machines, including last year's model and the higher-end Legion Pro 7i Gen 8 tested earlier this year. But pedigree doesn't count for much in the computer world, and gaming laptops require a certain level of power and graphics performance to justify their prices. The Pro 5i Gen 8 just doesn't do that, offering middling CPU and GPU performance rather than the sort of muscle that would make it a great value."
