The Acer Aspire Vero 15 typically costs a little less and comes with more RAM for multitasking, while the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" might cost slightly more but offers a touchscreen and marginally higher battery life for on-the-go use. The Acer has an Intel processor with integrated graphics, suitable for general use and light engineering tasks. In contrast, the Lenovo is equipped with an AMD processor with stronger integrated graphics, better for light gaming and 3D work. Both have similar weight and screen size, providing a balance of portability and usability, but neither is specifically tailored for intensive gaming or professional-level engineering. Give Feedback

The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" has a better screen than the Acer Aspire Vero 15 for general use.
For general use, both the Acer Aspire Vero 15 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" offer screens with adequate resolution and brightness, balancing everyday tasks like web browsing and video streaming, but they may lack the crispness and vibrance provided by higher-end displays. With fair screen quality for engineering and design on both laptops, professionals might find the color accuracy and range to be suitable for less demanding work, though they do not cover the broader color gamuts required for precision tasks. When it comes to gaming and 3D applications, the screen refresh rates are not high enough to support the fast-paced visuals expected in this domain, and while the resolutions and panel types are serviceable, they do not fully cater to the immersive experience desired by gamers and 3D designers.

How the Acer Aspire Vero 15 and the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" compare to other laptops
"The Acer Aspire Vero is an eco-friendly Windows 11 laptop. Made with PCR plastic, the Acer Aspire Vero stands out from the midrange laptop pack with a funky, eco-friendly design. Powering Microsoft’s latest operating system is a Core i7 chip from Intel’s latest series, integrated Intel Xe graphics, and an ample 16GB of RAM. The laptop feels snappy, but its battery life disappoints. I also have a few quibbles with the display and keyboard, but they’re relatively minor. With a longer runtime, the Aspire Vero would earn a stronger recommendation for students or anyone looking for an eco-friendly, big-screen laptop."
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 1 15" is affordable and pretty efficient. At the end of the day, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (15″, 2023) is one of the better affordable laptops money can buy right now. It has a decent performance, albeit coming from a CPU that is based on old architecture. Playing low-intensity games is possible but at low to medium settings. We are really happy with the cooling setup, but the main event here is the battery life. We got 9 hours of either Web browsing or video playback, which is a great result. Especially if you compare this device with the ASUS E410."
