For general use, the Acer Aspire Go 15 is a cost-effective choice with a good balance of performance and battery life, making it suitable for everyday tasks like web browsing and office applications. Its screen is vibrant with accurate colors, though it lacks touch capability and has a standard refresh rate. It's also quite portable due to its lightweight design.
However, if you're looking for a laptop that can handle more demanding tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or machine learning, the HP Victus 15 is the better option. It comes with a more powerful processor and a dedicated Nvidia RTX 3050 graphics card, which significantly boosts its performance in these areas. The Victus also has a higher refresh rate screen, which is beneficial for smoother gameplay and fast-moving visuals, although its color accuracy is not as high as the Acer. It's a bit heavier and has a shorter battery life, but it offers better performance and upgrade options for RAM and storage. Additionally, the Victus has a backlit keyboard and supports hardware ray tracing and DLSS, which are advantages for gaming and certain graphics-intensive tasks.
In summary, choose the Acer Aspire Go 15 for its portability, battery life, and suitability for everyday tasks, but opt for the HP Victus 15 if you need stronger performance for gaming and intensive applications, despite its higher price and weight. Give Feedback

How the Acer Aspire Go 15 and the HP Victus 15 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
