The Acer Aspire 3 15 is a budget-friendly option and has a larger screen, but it offers less storage and lower overall performance compared to the Razer Book 13. The Razer Book 13, while more expensive, provides higher performance for engineering, 3D rendering, and machine learning tasks, and is more portable due to its smaller size and longer battery life. It also features a touch screen and a higher resolution with a superior display which is beneficial for creative work. If cost is a constraint and general use is the priority, Acer Aspire might be suitable. If you seek better performance, display quality, and portability for professional tasks, consider the Razer Book 13. Give Feedback

The Razer Book 13 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Razer Book 13 offers a sharper and more vibrant display with better brightness, making text and images clearer and more enjoyable to view than the more basic display of the Acer Aspire 3. In engineering and design, the Razer's superior color accuracy and wider color gamuts ensure that professionals can trust the colors they see on screen for precise work, unlike the Acer, which has more limited color coverage. Despite both being suboptimal for 3D work due to lower refresh rates, the Razer's better resolution and panel technology provide a slightly more detailed and stable viewing experience than the Acer, although neither is ideal for fast-paced gaming visuals.

How the Acer Aspire 3 15 and the Razer Book 13 compare to other laptops
Alexander Tozzi, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The Acer Aspire 3 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and it's easy to carry around. The display looks decently sharp and provides plenty of space for multitasking, but it doesn't get bright enough to combat glare. Its Intel Core i3-N305 CPU and integrated graphics can only handle simple tasks, like text processing, web browsing, and video playback, so it isn't ideal for students in more technical fields like 3D graphics. Unfortunately, the battery lasts only around six to seven hours of light use."
"The Razer Book is like an XPS 13, but faster. The Book 13 combines the design philosophy and performance of a Blade Stealth with the 16:10 display of a Dell XPS 13 for an impressive piece of hardware. Office users who want something more stylish than the typical Dell, HP or Lenovo will certainly find themselves drawn to this Razer subnotebook. If your priorities are to have the best-looking and fastest 13-inch laptop in the office over auxiliary features, however, then the Book 13 proudly fulfills that niche."
