If you are looking for a gaming laptop with high performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, or engineering applications, the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is a better option, as it comes with a more powerful main processor and graphics card; however, it is more expensive. The Acer Aspire 3 14, on the other hand, is significantly less costly and offers silent operation and a longer battery life, making it suitable for general use or for those with budget constraints, but it doesn't match the ASUS in terms of performance for intensive tasks. The ASUS also has a higher resolution touchscreen, which might enhance productivity and entertainment experiences, but that contributes to its shorter battery life compared to the Aspire 3. Both are fairly portable, but the ASUS is slightly lighter and slimmer. Give Feedback

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is very good for general use, while the Acer Aspire 3 14 is good.
The Acer Aspire 3 14, with its AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and IPS screen, is serviceable for general tasks, but its performance, screen quality, and battery life don't match the ASUS ROG Flow Z13, which boasts a higher-end Intel i9 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and a superior screen with higher resolution and brightness. While the Aspire 3 excels with its very long battery life and silent operation, the ROG Flow Z13's portability is unmatched due to its lighter weight and detachable keyboard, making it a versatile option with strong general use and gaming capabilities.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 is very good for engineering and design, while the Acer Aspire 3 14 is only fair.
The Acer Aspire 3 14, with an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU and AMD Radeon GPU, is fair for engineering and design because it has moderate processing power and a standard screen quality, which may not handle demanding tasks smoothly. On the other hand, the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 offers a very good experience, equipped with a much more powerful Intel i9 CPU and Nvidia RTX GPU, along with a higher resolution and color-accurate display, making it better suited for intensive engineering and design work.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 14 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Aspire 3's screen has an adequate resolution and brightness for daily tasks, but it lacks the wide color gamut and superior resolution needed for clarity in intricate engineering and design work and is not equipped with the high refresh rate required for smooth 3D rendering and gaming. In contrast, the ASUS ROG Flow Z13 offers a sharp, bright display with a wide color range that benefits professional design tasks, but despite its excellent resolution and panel type, its refresh rate is subpar for the fast-paced visuals demanded by gaming and 3D content. Consequently, the ASUS is ideal for general use and precision work in engineering and design, while neither laptop meets the higher refresh rate criteria desired by gaming and 3D professionals.

"The Asus ROG Flow Z13 is a gaming tablet with powerful Alder Lake i9 CPU. The ROG Flow Z13 impresses with its good cooling. After our review, the impression is predominantly positive. Besides a very fast Alder Lake CPU and stable gaming performance, especially the cooling system is surprisingly effective and quiet. You can use the integrated speakers without any issues while gaming. The 1200p display in the 16:10 format also impresses with good color reproduction and high brightness. Since the battery runtimes aren't particularly long as it is, we wouldn't recommend the optional 4K panel."
