If budget is a priority and you need solid headphones for casual listening, the Audio Technica ATH M20X may suit you well, but be aware they may lack the clarity and soundstage of higher-end models. The Sennheiser 560S, on the other hand, could offer a more detailed sound and a wider soundstage, which can greatly enhance your listening experience, especially for critical listening or enjoying high-quality recordings. However, the higher price reflects these audio improvements. Be sure to consider not only cost but also what type of listening experience you desire and whether that warrants the higher investment for the Sennheisers. Give Feedback

Soundguys

Jasper Lastoria | September 2023
"Audio-Technica positively defies what you can expect for around $50. Ultimately, Audio-Technica did not design the ATH-M20x to go on the subway with you. It’s for the budget-conscious, do-it-yourself producer, podcaster, or studio that needs to buy tracking cans in bulk. If you don’t need the most deluxe, comfortable headphones, maybe you’ll like the ATH-M20x for its spartan functionality. The headphones are aimed at giving you the minimum requirements without it feeling like a sacrifice."

Kazi Mahbub Mutakabbir | March 2022
"Sennheiser made a near perfect pair of studio monitors with the HD 560S. Flat bass response? Check. Neutral and uncolored midrange? Check. Extended treble with a bit of lower-treble emphasis to highlight mastering flaws? Check. Fairly easy to drive? Check. Good soundstage and imaging? Check, and check."
