If you prioritize wireless convenience and frequent calls or virtual meetings, the JLab JBuds Work Wireless would be better, especially with their long battery life and high-quality microphone. They also excel in comfort and have built-in controls which are handy on-the-go. However, the Audio Technica ATH M20X offers better sound quality for music listening, a critical feature for audio enthusiasts. It's important to note though, the ATH M20X lacks a microphone and is not wireless, possibly limiting their use during exercise and travel. Consider the ATH M20X if affordability and superior sound for music are your top criteria, but opt for the JBuds if you need a microphone, wireless functionality, and all-day comfort. Give Feedback

Soundguys

Jasper Lastoria | September 2023
"Audio-Technica positively defies what you can expect for around $50. Ultimately, Audio-Technica did not design the ATH-M20x to go on the subway with you. It’s for the budget-conscious, do-it-yourself producer, podcaster, or studio that needs to buy tracking cans in bulk. If you don’t need the most deluxe, comfortable headphones, maybe you’ll like the ATH-M20x for its spartan functionality. The headphones are aimed at giving you the minimum requirements without it feeling like a sacrifice."

PC Magazine

Tim Gideon | February 2022
"The JLab JBuds Work is an affordable headset-headphone hybrid that you can use to listen to music in stereo and communicate on video calls thanks to a retractable boom mic, and we particularly like its convenient mono and passive wired modes. You won't find any frills here like you will with the costlier Jabra Evolve2 65 or Plantronics Voyager 4220 UC, but for less than half the price, the JBuds Work is an effective lower-cost alternative."
