If you are on a budget and looking for a more affordable TV, the TCL S450R could be suitable for you, but keep in mind it has limited gaming performance and isn't the best for bright rooms. On the other hand, if you're willing to invest in a premium TV and gaming is important to you, the TCL R745 offers better gaming capabilities but also isn't ideal in bright viewing environments. Both TVs have fair performance for sports content and movies, but neither excels in bright room performance.
