The Samsung QN90A and QN90B are similarly priced and both offer excellent picture quality. If you prioritize newer models and slightly better performance for mixed usage like viewing in both bright and dark rooms, watching movies, sports, and gaming, the QN90B would be a suitable choice. It has an advantage in upscaling and as a monitor usage over the QN90A. They both have great speaker systems and support various HDR formats except for Dolby Vision. If your main concern is value and you're looking for performance that is nearly identical, the older QN90A could suffice.
