The Samsung S90C (OLED) excels in overall picture quality, with particular strengths in dark room performance, making it ideal for movie enthusiasts who value deep blacks and contrast. It's also superior for gaming and sports content, with a higher refresh rate and response time. However, it comes with a premium price tag. On the other hand, the Samsung Q80B (LCD) is often significantly less expensive and offers a very good experience for gaming, sports, and general TV viewing. It still provides a high-quality picture and is preferable if saving money or bright room performance is a priority, due to its slightly better capability in well-lit environments.
