The LG B1 OLED offers exceptional contrast and is excellent for watching movies and gaming, making colors pop and providing better performance in dark rooms. However, it is more expensive and might not be as bright in sunny rooms compared to the TCL R655. On the other hand, the TCL R655 is a midrange LCD TV that provides better performance in bright rooms and is more affordable. Its sports content viewing is not as strong as the LG's. If you’re in the market for a new TV, you should still start here. Gamers will like that it has a 120-Hz refresh rate at 4K, which is the maximum that a modern Xbox or Playstation 5 will put out—meaning the smoothest possible gaming and sports viewing in general.
