If you watch a lot of movies and want higher quality pictures in a dark room, the LG QNED90 with better dark room performance could be appealing, but it comes at an upper midrange price. Conversely, if you're on a budget and enjoy cartoons and animation, the TCL S555, which excels in these areas, is much more affordable. The LG has better gaming performance and sound quality, ideal if gaming is a priority. However, for general TV watching in bright rooms, both TVs perform similarly.
