The LG A2 OLED TV generally provides better picture quality, specifically in dark rooms, and enhances the experience for movies and series due to its perfect blacks and excellent contrast. It also has wider viewing angles, which is great for gatherings. However, the A2 is at a higher price point and may not perform as well in very bright rooms compared to the LG NANO90. On the other hand, the LG NANO90 LCD TV is less expensive and offers better performance for gaming due to a higher refresh rate, which is beneficial for fast-paced content. Its bright room performance is also slightly better than the A2. However, it falls short in picture quality in dark environments and overall is not as strong in contrast and picture quality for movies and series as the A2. It might also be less impressive when viewing from angles. If you watch a lot of movies in dark rooms and appreciate superior picture quality, the LG A2 is a good choice despite its higher cost. Alternatively, if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option with better gaming performance and decent bright room viewing, the LG NANO90 is a suitable option. Give Feedback

Techradar

Al Griffin | August 2022
"Movie fans will find a lot here to love, and the A2 series’ low prices compared with other OLED TVs will keep their wallets happy. Images had the deep blacks and detailed shadows typical of the best 4K TVs, while colors looked both fully saturated and clean. Also, the A2’s out-of-box picture performance in Filmmaker mode was mostly accurate, requiring only slight adjustments to optimize brightness, color, and contrast."

John Archer | July 2021
"Here we have HDR pictures that look bright, but also manage to typically hit decently deep black levels.WebOS continues, though, to be one of the easiest to use. Connections are strong for a mid-range TV. Native 4K pictures look crisp and detailed."
