The LG B3 OLED offers superior picture quality with perfect blacks and excellent contrast, making it ideal for dark room viewing and movies. It also has wide viewing angles, great for shared viewing experiences, and outstanding motion handling for sports and gaming. However, it's not as bright as the Hisense UX, which means it might not perform as well in very bright rooms. The Hisense UX, on the other hand, is an LCD with miniLED technology that delivers high brightness, ideal for well-lit spaces and better visibility in bright scenes. It has a larger screen size at 85 inches, which is great for an immersive experience, but its viewing angles and contrast are not as good as the LG B3. The Hisense UX also has a more advanced local dimming feature which can improve contrast, but it may not match the deep blacks of an OLED. Consider the Hisense UX if you prioritize a larger screen, higher brightness, and are primarily in a bright room setting. Choose the LG B3 for its exceptional picture quality and performance in a variety of content, especially if you often watch in a darkened environment. Give Feedback

About Hisense

Hisense, a Chinese TV manufacturer, entered the US market in approximately 2011 and has since acquired TV divisions from various companies such as Toshiba, Sharp, Hitachi, and NEC. Currently ranking as the fourth largest vendor in terms of sales volume, Hisense aims to capture a wide range of TV budget segments. They offer exceptional value with TVs that often outperform their competitors at similar price points, making them a compelling choice for consumers. In the US, they use Google TV as their smart TV software which provides the largest app selection and a very modern user interface, however it is not as user friendly as the software from other vendors.

About LG

LG, a prominent TV brand from Korea, has played a significant role in popularizing OLED TVs. OLED technology is hailed as the future of TV technology. Their TVs employ WebOS, a proprietary smart TV software that not only offers seamless functionality but also includes gaming-specific features, earning praise from players worldwide. Often regarded as the gateway to unparalleled viewing experiences, LG's mid-range OLEDs come highly recommended, making them a worthwhile investment for those willing to stretch their budget for superior quality.
