The Hisense U7H may be the better option if you're looking for a good balance between price and performance, as it is typically much less expensive than the Vizio Quantum Pro. It will serve well for a variety of content, including movies, sports, and gaming. However, the Vizio Quantum Pro has a slightly better overall image quality, particularly in bright rooms, so if you're willing to pay more for that improvement and often watch TV in a well-lit space, it could be worth the extra cost. Both are suitable for gaming, but the Hisense has a slight edge with certain gaming features. Keep in mind that the Hisense model is a year older than the Vizio. Give Feedback

The Hisense U7H (LCD) is very good for news, talk, & other TV, while the Vizio Quantum Pro (LCD) is only fair.

Compared to this, the Vizio Quantum Pro, while offering very good SDR brightness as well, falls short in upscaling, leading to less crisp images from lower-resolution sources which are common with such TV content.

How the Hisense U7H (LCD) and the Vizio Quantum Pro (LCD) compare to other TVs
"We loved the Hisense U7H. It was able to deliver an excellent all-around image quality in its price range. The TV excels at controlling its backlighting in a way that ensures you’ll never experience blooming to a level of being distracting, something that I was a little surprised to see given the lack of Mini LED. The TV doesn’t just get decently bright it offers relatively accurate color reproduction for a TV in this price range. The TV is being billed excellent for gaming."

About Hisense
Hisense, a Chinese TV manufacturer, entered the US market in approximately 2011 and has since acquired TV divisions from various companies such as Toshiba, Sharp, Hitachi, and NEC. Currently ranking as the fourth largest vendor in terms of sales volume, Hisense aims to capture a wide range of TV budget segments. They offer exceptional value with TVs that often outperform their competitors at similar price points, making them a compelling choice for consumers. In the US, they use Google TV as their smart TV software which provides the largest app selection and a very modern user interface, however it is not as user friendly as the software from other vendors.
About Vizio
Vizio is an American company. While they initially gained recognition for offering budget-friendly TVs, they have successfully expanded their product lineup to include high-end options as well. They manufacture TVs primarily in Mexico, China, and Vietnam. Similar to many Korean TV brands, Vizio developed its own smart TV software called SmartCast. In the past, SmartCast was not the best smart TV software, but it has evolved so that it is now good for using your TV and connecting to streaming services.
