If you're on a strict budget and mainly watch TV in a dim room, the Hisense A4H could be a suitable choice but be aware it will not perform well in a bright room and has poor picture quality. On the other hand, the Samsung Q60B costs more, but offers better overall picture quality, has a wider color range, performs well in bright surroundings, and supports more advanced HDR formats for a superior viewing experience with compatible content. "Samsung's 2022 QLED workhorse shines in bright rooms and with HDR. The Samsung Q60B stands out from the slew of entry-level TVs with an ultra-thin frame, a skinny profile from the side and even narrow stand legs. The Q60B is a very good bright-room TV, and my subjective impression of its ample light output was proven by measurements."
