If you're on a tight budget and mostly watch TV in well-lit rooms, the Hisense A4H might suffice, but be aware that its overall picture quality is poor, particularly for movies and gaming. It's also not the best for dark rooms. On the other hand, if you're willing to spend more, the Hisense U6K offers good picture quality, better performance for movies, and supports more advanced HDR formats like Dolby Vision, which enhances the viewing experience for compatible content. However, its viewing angles are limited, meaning the picture quality drops when viewed from the side, and it's also not ideal for very bright rooms. Choose the U6K if you value a better all-around viewing experience and can manage the higher cost. Give Feedback

About Hisense

Hisense, a Chinese TV manufacturer, entered the US market in approximately 2011 and has since acquired TV divisions from various companies such as Toshiba, Sharp, Hitachi, and NEC. Currently ranking as the fourth largest vendor in terms of sales volume, Hisense aims to capture a wide range of TV budget segments. They offer exceptional value with TVs that often outperform their competitors at similar price points, making them a compelling choice for consumers. In the US, they use Google TV as their smart TV software which provides the largest app selection and a very modern user interface, however it is not as user friendly as the software from other vendors.
