If the S Pen feature and a slightly larger screen are important to you, the Galaxy Note20 could be appealing despite its higher price point. However, the Galaxy S23 FE offers a more up-to-date chipset, potentially better battery life with a slightly larger battery, and a higher refresh rate for the display, which could result in smoother scrolling and better gaming experiences. Both phones have OLED screens with similar resolutions, but if camera performance is a priority, the Galaxy S23 FE has a higher resolution main camera. Choose the Galaxy Note20 for the S Pen and screen size or the Galaxy S23 FE for better performance and battery. Give Feedback

Pocket-lint

Mike Lowe | October 2020
"We think pretty much anyone picking up the Note 20 to take photos will be very happy with the sharpness and appearance of the shots. If you're looking for a phone with an integrated stylus then there's little better than the note-taking potential of this phone. Sure, its 'glasstic' rear and lack of higher refrsh-rate screen are little red marks against its specification, but you can buy the step-up Ultra model if you see that as a problem - although we prefer the smaller price and smaller camera lump of this 'entry' Note model."

PC Mag

Iyaz Akhtar | October 2023
"The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is easily one of the best midrange Android phones on the market. The S23 FE has some appealing features you won't find on the Pixel 8 like a dedicated telephoto camera, a bigger screen, and the ability to use it like a computer via Samsung's Dex mode. So if productivity is more important to you than camera tricks, you won't find a better phone than the Galaxy S23 FE."
