If you're into competitive gaming and can invest a bit more, the Gigabyte FI32Q-X could be a better choice due to its higher refresh rate, which makes games feel smoother and more responsive. However, for tasks that benefit from higher resolution, such as detailed photo editing or enjoying 4K media content, the Gigabyte M28U with its crisper 4K display is more suitable. Consider the FI32Q-X if the gaming advantage is a priority. Opt for the M28U if productivity and media consumption are your main activities, and you're looking to save some money without compromising on screen clarity. Both monitors offer an IPS panel for good color accuracy, but neither is ideal for HDR gaming or media. Give Feedback

PC Gamer

Jacob Ridley | January 2022
"Fundamentally the M28U is an impressive 4K monitor; between the resolution, refresh rate, and IPS panel, it's a great all-rounder for the step up to 4K. Even beyond PC gaming, the inclusion of a HDMI 2.1 port offers 120Hz gaming for consoles, so it's quite the multi-faceted package for its price. Gigabyte has made no major sacrifice to tick all the checkboxes with the M28U."
