If you prioritize a superior contrast ratio and wider color gamut for HDR gaming and media consumption, and don't mind paying a premium for an ultrawide screen, the Corsair 45WQHD240 (W-OLED) could be the right choice for you. However, the LG 27GP83B (IPS) might be preferable for midrange budget shoppers who still want good image quality and responsive gaming performance, albeit with lower contrast and brightness capabilities than the Corsair. Keep in mind that the OLED panel of the Corsair may suffer from permanent image retention if not used carefully, while the LG's IPS panel offers better text clarity and is less prone to this issue. The Corsair won't perform as well for productivity due to poor text clarity, while the LG maintains a balance between gaming and everyday work. Give Feedback

"The LG 27GP83B-B offers today’s sweet spot in gaming specs and capabilities in a well-designed premium package. It’s the first 1440p upgrade over the previous releases such as the LG 27GL83A-B with improvements in image quality thanks to its Nano IPS panel."
