If your priority is high-end professional photo and video editing with exceptional image clarity, the Apple Pro Display XDR excels in delivering accurate colors, impressive brightness levels, and detailed images, ideal for HDR content creation. However, for a significantly lower price, the ViewSonic VX2776 2K OLED provides excellent contrast and is very capable for casual and competitive gaming due to its good refresh rate and very low response time. The ViewSonic, though, is not as well-suited for professional color work due to less peak brightness. For everyday productivity and media consumption, both offer good experiences, but the Apple Pro Display has a larger screen and higher resolution, which can enhance multitasking and detail in media. PC Mag

Chris Stobing | February 2020
"Apple's Pro Display XDR provides exceptional color accuracy and build quality at a price that's quite competitive with those of reference-grade pro monitors. It's exquisite enough that swallowing the wildly extravagant cost of its Pro Stand is worth it."
