If image clarity and screen resolution are your top priorities for tasks such as HDR video editing and print photo editing, the Apple Pro Display XDR excels with its larger screen and superior text quality. However, if you're looking for a monitor that offers very good performance in productivity, media consumption, and HDR gaming at a lower price, plus the added benefit of a variable refresh rate for smooth casual and competitive gaming, the KTC M27P20 Pro is a more cost-effective choice. Keep in mind that the Apple display may not cater as well to gaming due to its lower refresh rate and lack of variable refresh rate support. Give Feedback

PC Mag

Chris Stobing | February 2020
"Apple's Pro Display XDR provides exceptional color accuracy and build quality at a price that's quite competitive with those of reference-grade pro monitors. It's exquisite enough that swallowing the wildly extravagant cost of its Pro Stand is worth it."

TFT Central

Simon Baker | January 2023
"Gaming and HDR are the two target uses for this screen, and it does generally very well in both. For gaming there are good response times, a single overdrive mode experience for VRR, super low input lag and solid support for latest gen consoles too. The moderately high 160Hz refresh rate provides good motion clarity, and is a nice combination with the high 4K resolution that provides a sharp and crisp image."
