The MSI Stealth GS66 offers better performance for tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering due to its higher-end GPU, but at the cost of battery life and portability. On the other hand, the Razer Book 13, while less expensive and more portable with longer battery life, is not as powerful for intensive tasks but is more than capable for general use and has a touch screen. So, if you prioritize performance and can handle a heavier and larger laptop with shorter battery life, go for the MSI. If you prefer a more compact and longer-lasting laptop for everyday tasks and save some money, the Razer Book 13 is suitable. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth GS66 is good for gaming and AI, while the Razer Book 13 is only fair.
The MSI Stealth GS66 is equipped with a high-performance Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card and a high 360hz screen refresh rate, making it well-suited for gaming and 3D applications, while the Razer Book 13 has a less powerful integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics and a standard 60hz refresh rate, which limits its gaming and 3D capabilities. The quality and speed of a laptop's screen, along with the strength of its GPU, are critical for such tasks, and the MSI significantly outperforms the Razer in these aspects.

The MSI Stealth GS66 and Razer Book 13 both feature high-resolution, bright displays with accurate color reproduction, making them suitable for everyday use and engineering tasks where fine detail and color accuracy are crucial. However, they lack the high refresh rates preferred by gamers, which can lead to less fluid motion during fast-paced games or 3D rendering tasks. While their panels deliver in terms of clarity and color for static images and design work, the slower screen refresh can be a drawback when dynamic visual performance is key.

How the MSI Stealth GS66 and the Razer Book 13 compare to other laptops
"The MSI Stealth GS66 is powerful enough for QHD. The Core i7-12700H and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti found in the 12UGS model that we tested run all modern games smoothly in the native QHD resolution. The 15-inch display is very fast with its 240 Hz refresh rate, and it also offers a great color space (almost 100% DCI-P3) on top of that, which should please gamers as well as content creators, although we would have still wished for a higher brightness. Case, input devices, and connectivity (Thunderbolt 4) are at a good level. However, among other things, the GS66 loses points due to the high temperature development in 3D mode and its poor webcam."
"The Razer Book is like an XPS 13, but faster. The Book 13 combines the design philosophy and performance of a Blade Stealth with the 16:10 display of a Dell XPS 13 for an impressive piece of hardware. Office users who want something more stylish than the typical Dell, HP or Lenovo will certainly find themselves drawn to this Razer subnotebook. If your priorities are to have the best-looking and fastest 13-inch laptop in the office over auxiliary features, however, then the Book 13 proudly fulfills that niche."
