The MSI Modern 14 is more budget-friendly and is lighter, making it more portable for everyday use. However, its performance for general activities and work-related tasks is notably less robust compared to the MSI Vector GP76, which offers powerful performance suitable for intensive engineering, 3D rendering, machine learning, and gaming, but it is heavier and less portable. The Modern 14 also has a longer battery life conducive to mobility, while the Vector GP76 has a larger screen and higher refresh rates, better suited for gaming and detailed visual work but with a shorter battery life. Depending on your needs for performance, gaming capabilities, portability, and price, one will fit better than the other. Give Feedback

"The MSI Modern 14 is okay for school use. It's very compact, so it's easy to carry around. It has a sharp display, a spacious keyboard, and a reasonably large touchpad. Its Intel 13th Gen CPU and integrated graphics can handle general productivity tasks like text processing and web browsing; however, don't expect to do anything intensive like 3D modeling or physics simulations. Unfortunately, the battery lasts less than five hours of light use, and the display doesn't get bright enough to combat glare."
"The MSI Vector GP76 12UGS is a gaming laptop on speed. The advantages are clear: The Vector GP76 is a real gamer with its 360 Hz display and super-fast response times. In addition, the Core i7-12700H has double the power of the CPU in its predecessor and another highlight is the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti with a real power consumption of 150 watts. This places the device in the top range of our database. The Vector can also operate rather quietly, offers a full sound range, improved battery runtimes, a key-configurable RGB keyboard, a very stable chassis and good upgrade options. Moreover, the display produces a nice, rich and clear picture."
