The MSI GP66 Leopard is generally less expensive with a powerful Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics card, but it comes with a standard IPS display and less storage. Conversely, the MSI Raider GE67Hx is more expensive, but offers a higher-resolution OLED screen, more storage, and a newer processor, which may be better for high-end gaming and intensive tasks. If you prioritize performance in engineering applications, the GE67Hx might serve you better with its advanced features. However, if you're looking for a balance between cost and performance, and do not need the highest-end display or storage, the GP66 Leopard is a strong candidate. Give Feedback

The MSI Raider GE67Hx has a better screen than the MSI GP66 Leopard for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The MSI GP66 Leopard's display offers sufficient resolution and brightness for everyday tasks and detailed work in engineering and design but lacks the high refresh rate desired for the smooth visuals in gaming and 3D applications. On the other hand, the MSI Raider GE67Hx, with its superior brightness and higher resolution, enhances the clarity and detail for both general use and professional design work but still falls short for gaming and 3D content due to a lower refresh rate, which is crucial for fluid motion and fast-paced action. Both models provide the necessary color accuracy for engineering and design through broad color gamuts, yet their lower refresh rates detract from the immersive 3D and gaming experience.

"The MSI GP66 Leopard is a good budget high-performance gamer. The MSI also does a lot right outside of the pure performance despite it's low price. For example, the adaptive cooling system really surprised us positively, even in Extreme Performance Mode. And the display is not a budget panel either, but at least outshines the competition in terms of brightness. Of course, you also have to accept a few compromises in this price category. These include the Leopard's poor battery runtimes and the less than optimal build quality, which is also noticeable in the more complicated maintenance."
"If you've wanted to dip your toes into PC gaming but can't let go of your console roots, the MSI Raider GE67 HX stakes out an attractive middle ground between the speed and versatility of PC gaming and the comfort and ease of a console. If you can overlook its noisy fans and chintzy touchpad, the Raider provides a powerhouse entertainment experience with an OLED screen that tops most household TVs. It's not cheap, but this gaming machine is more than the sum of its parts."
