The MSI Raider GE67Hx is very good for general use, while the MSI Pulse GL66 is good.
The MSI Pulse GL66 offers a balance of good CPU and RAM for multitasking, a decent quality IPS screen for clear visuals, and a lighter weight aiding in portability, although it's restrained by a shorter battery life. Meanwhile, the MSI Raider GE67Hx boasts a more powerful CPU and superior screen quality with OLED technology, which is better for visual tasks, but it's less portable due to a heavier build and also has a relatively moderate battery life. Both laptops have ample storage and good keyboard quality, with the Raider GE67Hx slightly edging in speaker quality and heat management but could be louder in terms of operational noise.

The MSI Raider GE67Hx is very good for gaming and AI, while the MSI Pulse GL66 is good.
The MSI Raider GE67Hx outperforms the MSI Pulse GL66 in gaming and 3D applications thanks to its more advanced GPU, the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti, and a higher screen refresh rate for smoother visuals. While both laptops have capable CPUs and good screen quality, the higher GPU power and screen refresh rate of the Raider GE67Hx make it very good for these tasks, as opposed to just good like the Pulse GL66.

The MSI Raider GE67Hx has a better screen than the MSI Pulse GL66 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The MSI Pulse GL66 has a display that offers sufficient resolution and brightness for everyday tasks and is adequate for engineering software which doesn't heavily prioritize color accuracy, but its slower refresh rate and possibly lower color gamut coverage hampers gaming and 3D work. In contrast, the MSI Raider GE67Hx boasts an excellent display with high resolution and brightness, making it ideal for general use and providing wide color gamut coverage which benefits engineering and design, but despite these qualities, it falls short for gaming and 3D due to a lower refresh rate. Essentially, the Raider GE67Hx excels in areas where visual accuracy and detail are critical, while the Pulse GL66's compromises make it less suited for the high-speed demands of gaming and 3D rendering.

How the MSI Pulse GL66 and the MSI Raider GE67Hx compare to other laptops
"The MSI Pulse GL66 has a lot of potential for improvement. Although the RTX 3060 is only able to use 105 watts, we still liked the gaming performance, particularly since this also makes the Pulse comfortably efficient but not slow by any means. Neither the dark display with its lame response times, nor USB 2.0 or the lack of Thunderbolt will please real gamers. The use of a sticker factory seal, which is at least questionable, also won't inspire any enthusiasm. It is obvious that the laptop is really designed for price-conscious gamers."
"If you've wanted to dip your toes into PC gaming but can't let go of your console roots, the MSI Raider GE67 HX stakes out an attractive middle ground between the speed and versatility of PC gaming and the comfort and ease of a console. If you can overlook its noisy fans and chintzy touchpad, the Raider provides a powerhouse entertainment experience with an OLED screen that tops most household TVs. It's not cheap, but this gaming machine is more than the sum of its parts."
