The MSI Cyborg 15 offers a dedicated Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU, which makes it suitable for gaming and 3D applications. However, with a heavier build and shorter battery life, it is less portable than the MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo. The Summit E13 Flip Evo, despite having integrated graphics, is more portable, has a longer battery life, and is equipped with a touchscreen, making it better suited for business and general use. Both have similar storage capacity and are similarly priced, so your choice will depend on whether you prioritize gaming and graphics performance (Cyborg 15) or portability and touchscreen features for productivity (Summit E13 Flip Evo). The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo has a better screen than the MSI Cyborg 15 for general use, and engineering and design.
The MSI Cyborg 15 likely offers a standard display panel with adequate resolution and brightness for everyday tasks like browsing and video streaming but may not have the wide color range needed for professional engineering and design work, and its refresh rate probably isn't high enough to deliver the smooth visuals demanded by gaming and 3D applications. The MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo, however, seems to provide a higher-quality display with sufficient brightness and resolution for comfortable general use and more accurate color representation that benefits tasks in engineering and design but, like the Cyborg 15, falls short for gaming and 3D due to a refresh rate that doesn't meet the preferred standard for those activities. Therefore, while both laptops are suitable for general and professional use, they are less apt for high-refresh-rate dependent activities such as gaming and complex 3D modeling.

The MSI Cyborg 15 and MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo are both good for engineering and design.
The MSI Cyborg 15 is well suited for engineering and design due to its strong CPU, dedicated GPU, and ample RAM, which excel in computational and graphics tasks, although it is less portable and has a standard screen quality. On the other hand, the MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo, with its high-quality screen, good CPU and RAM, but integrated graphics, caters more to design use with the added versatility of a convertible design, though it may not handle certain engineering workloads requiring a dedicated GPU as efficiently. Both have good keyboards and speakers; the Flip Evo is quieter and more portable, appealing for on-the-go professionals.

How the MSI Cyborg 15 and the MSI Summit E13 Flip Evo compare to other laptops
"The focus of the MSI Cyborg 15 lies on a compromise of performance, mobility, and power consumption. Due to the reduced performance settings, the CPU and GPU perform below their capabilities. Nonetheless, their computing power is still sufficient for FHD gaming at high to maximum settings even then. The power consumption, which is low for a gaming laptop, can be translated into a good battery life. Realistic values of 7 to 8 h are still possible, despite the relatively small battery capacity of 53.5 Wh. Unfortunately the USB-C port doesn't offer any support for Power Delivery, which would be a sensible feature in the case of the Cyborg."
"MSI wants to prove that it can do more than just gaming laptops and the Summit E13 Flip is a great example of what the manufacturer is capable of especially in terms of aesthetics and performance. Normally for subnotebooks or convertibles, TDP and performance are often below average as makers want to meet slimmer designs and lower weight targets. The Summit manages to outperform others in its size class and category while still looking sleek and portable in the process. If you want a convertible that won't throttle significantly when under load, then this MSI will be one of the better options you can find."
