When choosing between the MSI Cyborg 15 and the MSI Pulse GL66, consider how you will use the laptop. The Cyborg 15 is less expensive and has the latest graphics technology, making it well-suited for gaming and general use. However, it has less RAM and a less powerful processor compared to the Pulse GL66, which could affect performance in intensive engineering applications. The Pulse GL66 has a slightly higher build quality, better keyboard quality, and is slightly better for engineering and 3D tasks, but it's also heavier and has shorter battery life, which would affect portability. Both have similar display size, type, and resolution. Give Feedback

The MSI Cyborg 15 has a better screen than the MSI Pulse GL66 for software development, and content creation.
For general use, the MSI Cyborg 15 and MSI Pulse GL66, with their fair screen quality, offer sufficient resolution and brightness, but they may not have the captivating visuals seen on higher-end displays. When looking at engineering and design, both models provide adequate color reproduction for most tasks, but professionals requiring precise color accuracy for high-end graphics work might find them lacking in the advanced color gamuts. In gaming and 3D applications, the lower refresh rates on these laptops would lead to less fluid motion and potentially less immersive experiences compared to models with high refresh rate displays.

How the MSI Cyborg 15 and the MSI Pulse GL66 compare to other laptops
"The focus of the MSI Cyborg 15 lies on a compromise of performance, mobility, and power consumption. Due to the reduced performance settings, the CPU and GPU perform below their capabilities. Nonetheless, their computing power is still sufficient for FHD gaming at high to maximum settings even then. The power consumption, which is low for a gaming laptop, can be translated into a good battery life. Realistic values of 7 to 8 h are still possible, despite the relatively small battery capacity of 53.5 Wh. Unfortunately the USB-C port doesn't offer any support for Power Delivery, which would be a sensible feature in the case of the Cyborg."
"The MSI Pulse GL66 has a lot of potential for improvement. Although the RTX 3060 is only able to use 105 watts, we still liked the gaming performance, particularly since this also makes the Pulse comfortably efficient but not slow by any means. Neither the dark display with its lame response times, nor USB 2.0 or the lack of Thunderbolt will please real gamers. The use of a sticker factory seal, which is at least questionable, also won't inspire any enthusiasm. It is obvious that the laptop is really designed for price-conscious gamers."
