When choosing between the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 and the MSI Raider GE77Hx, consider that the MSI Raider offers higher performance with a more powerful processor and graphics card, which is better for 3D work, machine learning, gaming, and engineering tasks. Its larger, higher-resolution screen can enhance these activities, but it's heavier, making it less portable. The Lenovo Legion is lighter, more portable, and has a longer battery life, suitable for general use and moderate gaming. However, while less expensive, it may fall short in demanding applications compared to the MSI Raider GE77Hx. Give Feedback

How the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 15.6" and the MSI Raider GE77Hx compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is a slim Legion notebook that is just as excellent with Nvidia & Intel. However, the Legion Slim 7i slightly sullied by lacklustre battery life. You get a slim aluminium chassis, great input devices, decent port selection, fast high-quality WQXGA display and great performance. Supporting Thunderbolt 4 is one advantage of the Intel/Nvidia model tested in this review. Moreover, this variant has slightly higher CPU performance as well as better GPU performance in certain applications (e.g. CUDA-based apps). The Lenovo Legion S7i is thin, premium and performant – but less efficient than its AMD counterpart."
"The MSI Raider GE77 offers a lot of power for a lot of money. The main components consist of a Core i9-12900HX CPU, a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU (175 watts TGP, 16 GB VRAM), and 64 GB of RAM, which makes for a high overall performance level. The GeForce GPU in particular scores some of the highest scores we have seen from this chip. Both the CPU and the GPU are able to run at continuously high clock speeds. The relatively high heat and noise emissions match our expectations for this device class. With approximately 5.5 to 6.5 hours, the battery life is good for a powerful 4K laptop."
