The IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro offers higher brightness and a tighter pixel density, contributing to a crisper display and more accurate colors, particularly useful in photo editing or design. It's also more portable, lighter, and has a slightly longer battery life, which can be important if you frequently work on the go. Conversely, the LOQ 16, while heavier with a shorter battery life, excels in performance with a more powerful processor and dedicated graphics card, making it suitable for demanding tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or gaming. The choice between these two laptops hinges on prioritizing either portability and display quality or high-performance capabilities for specialized applications. Give Feedback

The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro has a better screen than the Lenovo LOQ 16 for general use, and engineering and design.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro likely has higher resolution and better panel type, such as IPS, offering sharper images and wider viewing angles, perfect for general use and detail-oriented tasks like engineering and design, along with superior color accuracy covering broader color gamuts. The Lenovo LOQ 16 probably maintains a balance with good color reproduction and acceptable resolution but without excelling, which is adequate for general use and professional design work. However, both fall short for gaming and 3D work, as they lack high refresh rates, which are critical for smooth visuals and fast-paced action.

How the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro and the Lenovo LOQ 16 compare to other laptops
"The main selling point of the IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro versus a regular IdeaPad Slim 7 is its faster Core H-series CPU. In reality, the Core i7-11370H is only marginally faster than the U-series Core i7-1165G7 to the point where most users are not likely to notice the benefits. The slight performance uptick comes at the cost of slightly higher power consumption as well meaning owners will have to deal with potentially warmer temperatures or louder fans to compensate. Unless if you happen to be a power user, then the regular non-Pro model will be more than enough. Once you go 90 Hz, you can't go back."
"Gaming laptops with an RTX 4060 are available starting from about 1,000 Euros (~$1,060), even in 16-inch format. For the supposedly affordable Lenovo LOQ 16 (1,500 Euros, ~$1,591), the manufacturer particularly saves in the equipment and materials compared to the more expensive Legion series. In addition, the LOQ is slightly heavier and more bulky. What remains is anything but a laptop full of difficult compromises. Instead, this is a more than solid gaming laptop that focusses on the 3D performance.Q is slightly heavier and more bulky."
