The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro generally costs less and offers strong performance with its AMD Ryzen processor and Nvidia RTX 3050, making it suitable for engineering tasks and moderate gaming. It also has a higher refresh rate display, which is beneficial for fast-motion visuals but lacks a touchscreen. Conversely, the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga is more expensive and highly portable due to its lower weight. It features a touchscreen with a taller aspect ratio and is optimized for business use with professional build quality. Its Intel Iris Xe graphics are less powerful than the IdeaPad's, making it less ideal for intense graphics tasks but still capable of handling general use and business applications well. Choose the IdeaPad 5 Pro for better gaming and engineering performance, and the Titanium Yoga if portability and a touchscreen are priorities. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Florian Glaser | September 2022
"The Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro turns out a successful all-rounder that, aside from 3D applications, always strikes a good or very good figure. This begins with the elegant metal case that isn't particularly light but fairly robust, giving a high-quality impression. The input devices are also better than those of many competitors. Both the keyboard and the touchpad are attractive and comfortable. In addition, the performance of the Ryzen 5 6600HS is easily able to keep up with the Intel competitors."

PCMag

Tom Brant | April 2021
"The ThinkPad X1 Titanium is a showcase of what Lenovo thinks business computing will look like in the near future. People want thinner, lighter laptops with high-quality screens and enough computing power to get their work done. The X1 Titanium achieves these goals with some controversial but innovative design choices, including a redesigned keyboard and a pared-down port selection."
