The Lenovo Flex 5 16 and the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 have similar performance in terms of their main processors and memory, suitable for general use and light engineering work. The Lenovo has a larger screen with a higher resolution and aspect ratio that suits productivity tasks, but it's heavier and less portable compared to the lighter and more compact Samsung, which also delivers longer battery life, making it ideal for on-the-go use. Samsung's OLED display offers vibrant colors and higher contrast, beneficial for multimedia consumption, whereas Lenovo's IPS display has decent color reproduction too. Both have backlit keyboards and are similarly priced, so your choice will depend on whether you prioritize a larger work area and better performance for engineering applications (Lenovo) or portability with a superior display for entertainment and general use (Samsung). The Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 has a better screen than the Lenovo Flex 5 16 for general use, and engineering and design.
For general use, the Lenovo Flex 5 16 and the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 both provide pleasing visuals with their resolutions and brightness, with the Samsung edging ahead thanks to a sharper display. In engineering and design, where accurate color representation is crucial, both laptops offer a range of colors, but the Samsung might provide slightly more accurate hues emphasized by its superior color gamuts. However, for gaming and 3D applications, their lower refresh rates might make them less ideal compared to other laptops designed specifically with high-refresh displays for smoother motion and gameplay.

The Lenovo Flex 5 16 and Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 are both only fair for gaming and AI.
The Lenovo Flex 5 16 and Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 both offer fair performance for gaming and 3D tasks due to their shared use of the integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU, which is adequate but not as powerful as dedicated gaming GPUs. While both have similar CPUs that handle moderate demands, the Lenovo's larger IPS screen with higher resolution may offer a bit more screen clarity, and the Samsung's smaller OLED display might provide better color contrast, however, both have standard screen refresh rates that aren't ideal for fast-paced gaming.

How the Lenovo Flex 5 16 and the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 compare to other laptops
"The Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 is a solidly equipped, 2-in-1 in the lower price segment. Performance is definitely sufficient for everyday tasks and in tests the battery proved itself to be very economical. That aside, there is a lot of standard fare on show and a search for real highlights ends in vain. The low color coverage and reflective display can be avoided by going for an optional 2.5K display but this also presumably results in poorer battery life. The cooling uses only one fan and leads to a raised temperature on one side of the device under load. Additionally, there is very loud fan noise, also under load or when gaming. On top of that, we also occasionally noticed electronic noises."
"Samsung gets all the basics right with the Book2 360. Its convertible design works well in both laptop and tablet modes, yet still manages to be highly portable, with impressive battery life and eye-catching AMOLED display. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 360 measures just 12.9mm thick and weighs 1.16kg, making it one of the most affordable ultra-portables currently available. It’s sturdily built too, so it can cope with life on the road."
