The HP Victus 15 offers a solid gaming performance with its dedicated Nvidia graphics card but compromises on portability due to its larger size and weight. On the other hand, the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo, while more expensive, provides a higher resolution display and better portability due to its lighter weight and smaller size, along with the flexibility of a 2-in-1 convertible design and comes with Windows 11 Pro. Battery life is longer on MSI, which might be preferable for on-the-go use. However, if gaming or graphic-intensive tasks are a priority and budget is a concern, the HP may be the more suitable choice. Give Feedback

Rtings

Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | July 2022
"The MSI Summit E14 Flip convertible review: a legit alternative to HP, Dell or Lenovo. Instead of taking the 13-inch Summit E13 Flip and simply enlarging it for a 14-inch form factor, the Summit E14 Flip is the full chassis redesign we've been looking for. It loses some of the golden trims of its smaller sibling, but the gains in rigidity and build quality are arguably worth it especially from a professional standpoint where reliability takes priority. It doesn't quite feel as strong as the HP Spectre just yet, but it's certainly getting close."
