The HP Victus 15 generally costs less than the Lenovo ThinkPad Z16, and it offers solid gaming performance with a dedicated Nvidia graphics card, which is suitable for gaming or graphical work but comes with less storage and memory. In contrast, the ThinkPad Z16 costs more but provides a high-resolution OLED display, more storage and memory, and might be the better option for professional use with demanding software due to its more powerful processor and integrated AMD graphics. Its thinner and lighter build also makes it more portable. Furthermore, the longer battery life of the ThinkPad Z16 could be beneficial for those on the go. Give Feedback

The Lenovo ThinkPad Z16 is very good for general use, while the HP Victus 15 is good.
The Lenovo ThinkPad Z16 excels in general use due to its higher-quality OLED screen, larger battery, lighter weight, and more RAM, which translates to smoother multitasking and longer unplugged usage, along with its professional-grade build. On the other hand, the HP Victus 15, while offering commendable general-use capabilities with a good IPS screen and ample performance, is heavier and has a smaller battery, thus it may not be as suitable for on-the-go users who need a durable, long-lasting workhorse.

How the HP Victus 15 and the Lenovo ThinkPad Z16 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The HP Victus 15 is great for gaming. It's available with Intel 12th Gen. CPUs and NVIDIA discrete graphics, which are powerful enough to provide a smooth gaming experience in demanding AAA titles at 1080p. It has a nice keyboard and a fast SSD, as well as Wi-Fi 6 and Ethernet connectivity for low-latency online gaming. Unfortunately, its 144Hz display has a slow response time causing noticeable ghosting, and it doesn't support variable refresh rate to reduce screen tearing."
"Lenovo’s ThinkPad Z16 tries has some success in its effort to tweak the ThinkPad formula. The laptop is attractive, yet still tame, and material quality is on par with the best Windows competition. I also like the smooth, responsive haptic touchpad and the wide range of modern connectivity. Yet the Z16 doesn’t fix ThinkPad’s typical weakness: value. Starting around $1,550, and more typically near $1,700, the Z16 finds itself facing alternatives that have better performance or an improved display for the same price, or less."
