The HP Dragonfly Pro 14" is a more budget-friendly option with solid performance for general use and a touch-enabled display, ideal for portability and business applications. The MSI Stealth GS77 is more expensive but offers higher performance, more storage and memory, and a better GPU, suited for engineering, 3D rendering, and gaming. It has a larger, higher-resolution screen without touch capabilities, but it's also heavier, which affects portability. If budget and lightweight travel are essential, consider the HP. However, if performance and gaming are priorities and weight is less of a concern, the MSI would be a better choice. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth GS77 has a better screen than the HP Dragonfly Pro 14" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
Considering your preferences, the HP Dragonfly Pro's screen provides crisp images and bright visuals for browsing and office applications, but its refresh rate might not keep up with the fast-paced action in games or 3D rendering. On the other hand, the MSI Stealth GS77 also offers sharp and vibrant visuals for everyday tasks and is better suited for color-sensitive work in engineering and design due to its wider color gamut coverage. However, like the HP, it falls short for gaming and 3D tasks, where you'd want a high refresh rate for smoother motion, which it lacks.

How the HP Dragonfly Pro 14" and the MSI Stealth GS77 compare to other laptops
"I’d say that the HP Dragonfly Pro checks off most of the boxes for this freelancer. It feels nice to use, is zippy and responsive, has great speakers, and even has a relatively sane price. Although it’s an unorthodox choice to pick AMD for this kind of machine, it’s clear that when Ryzen is given a chance to shine, it can kick a lot of butt."
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
