The Gateway 15.6" laptop comes at a lower midrange price and offers a larger 15.6-inch screen, which is beneficial for multitasking and general use, but its larger size and weight reduce its portability compared to the HP Dragonfly Pro 14". The HP Dragonfly Pro, although more expensive, provides a higher-resolution touchscreen with better color accuracy, making it more suitable for tasks that require precise color representation, such as photo editing. Additionally, the HP has a longer battery life, which, along with its lighter weight, makes it ideal for users who need to work on the go. Give Feedback

PCMag

Francisco Lahoz | July 2022
"Some concessions have to be made when shopping for a budget laptop. Walmart's Gateway Ultra Slim laptops succeeds on the affordability front and delivers serviceable specs and good battery life, though it's hard to claim it's the best (or even particularly good) at any particular aspect. Its build quality, especially the touchpad, is mediocre, and its performance is decent but doesn't lead the way. The Gateway does undercut the cost of some competitors and offers ample storage with good connectivity, so it's not to be ignored."

Brendan Nystedt | March 2023
"I’d say that the HP Dragonfly Pro checks off most of the boxes for this freelancer. It feels nice to use, is zippy and responsive, has great speakers, and even has a relatively sane price. Although it’s an unorthodox choice to pick AMD for this kind of machine, it’s clear that when Ryzen is given a chance to shine, it can kick a lot of butt."
