The Gateway 11.6" is significantly more affordable and highly portable due to its smaller size and lighter weight, making it suitable for basic tasks and general usage. The Razer Blade 15, on the other hand, is much more expensive with advanced features like a high-end Intel processor, a powerful Nvidia graphics card, and a larger, higher resolution display, which makes it ideal for intense gaming, 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering applications. It also offers a premium build quality but is heavier, which impacts its portability. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the Gateway 11.6" is poor.
The Gateway 11.6" provides a modest gaming experience due to its basic Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU and a standard display with a 60Hz refresh rate, while the Razer Blade 15 excels in gaming and 3D because it wields a robust Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU and a high-refresh-rate 240Hz screen, which together offer superior graphics performance and smoother visuals. Additionally, the higher screen quality and more powerful CPU of the Razer Blade 15 further contribute to its gaming prowess compared to the Gateway 11.6".

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for engineering and design, while the Gateway 11.6" is poor.
The Gateway 11.6" likely has less powerful CPU, RAM, and GPU, and lower screen quality which are crucial for demanding engineering apps and design work, while the Razer Blade 15 excels in these areas providing smooth performance and crisp visuals. The Gateway's advantage lies in portability and potentially quieter operation due to less powerful components, yet the Razer Blade's superior keyboard and speaker quality make it a better workstation for professional use.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the Gateway 11.6" for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Gateway 11.6" likely has a lower resolution and uninspiring brightness levels which make it less desirable for any tasks that involve prolonged viewing or detailed work, hence the poor screen quality across various uses. The Razer Blade 15, with its higher resolution and superior brightness, offers crisp and vibrant visuals that are ideal for general use and engineering tasks, where color accuracy is crucial. However, for gaming and 3D applications, the Razer Blade 15's poor screen quality might result from a lower refresh rate, which is less optimal for the smooth rendering of fast-paced visuals.

"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
