The Dell Inspiron 16 5625, being significantly less expensive, offers good value for everyday use and general productivity tasks with respectable battery life and a fanless operation making it silent, although it has lower graphical performance which may not be fit for heavy gaming or intensive 3D applications. In contrast, the MSI GP66 Leopard, while more expensive, provides powerful performance suitable for gaming, engineering applications, and machine learning tasks, but it comes at the cost of portability due to its heavier weight and reduced battery life. It also has a high refresh rate screen that is beneficial for fast-paced gaming. Give Feedback

The Dell Inspiron 16 5625 has a better screen than the MSI GP66 Leopard for software development, while the MSI GP66 Leopard has a better screen for general use, gaming and AI, and engineering and design.
For general use, the Dell Inspiron's screen quality is fair because it offers adequate resolution and brightness with an average panel type, while the MSI GP66 Leopard displays more vibrant colors and clearer images, providing an overall better viewing experience. In engineering and design, the MSI stands out with its wider color gamuts, offering richer and more accurate colors that are essential for professional work. However, when it comes to gaming and 3D applications, both laptops aren't ideal because high refresh rates, essential for smooth visuals in fast-paced scenes, are lacking in these models.

How the Dell Inspiron 16 5625 and the MSI GP66 Leopard compare to other laptops
"I think there is fair value in the Inspiron 16 this year. Very little has changed with the laptop and my opinion hasn’t really changed either. In other words, I like it. Overall, I think the pros far outweigh the cons of this laptop and the price is certainly justifiable. I found this to be a great typer and I could potentially work all day on this machine, provided I don’t need a graphics card."
"The MSI GP66 Leopard is a good budget high-performance gamer. The MSI also does a lot right outside of the pure performance despite it's low price. For example, the adaptive cooling system really surprised us positively, even in Extreme Performance Mode. And the display is not a budget panel either, but at least outshines the competition in terms of brightness. Of course, you also have to accept a few compromises in this price category. These include the Leopard's poor battery runtimes and the less than optimal build quality, which is also noticeable in the more complicated maintenance."
