The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 offers a larger storage capacity and a Ryzen processor well-suited for general use and multitasking, but might fall short for 3D rendering or intensive engineering tasks. Its larger 14-inch screen benefits productivity, but adds to its weight, reducing portability. The Lenovo ThinkBook 13s, on the other hand, has a sharper and brighter display, and a more powerful Intel processor better for engineering applications. It's lighter and more compact with a 13.3-inch screen, enhancing portability. Both boast similar battery life, USB-C ports, a backlit keyboard, and touchscreens, but your decision should balance your need for portability against performance needs. Give Feedback

The Lenovo ThinkBook 13s has a better screen than the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, and content creation.
When considering general use, the Lenovo ThinkBook 13s offers a higher resolution and brighter display compared to the Dell Inspiron 14 7435, making it more suitable for everyday tasks, watching videos, and browsing. For engineering and design applications, the ThinkBook's better coverage of color gamuts ensures more accurate color reproduction which is crucial for detailed and color-sensitive work. However, for gaming and 3D applications, both laptops fall short as neither has a high refresh rate display, but the resolution and panel type on the ThinkBook still edge out the Dell for a slightly smoother visual experience.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 13s and Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 are both only fair for gaming and AI.
The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 and Lenovo ThinkBook 13s are fair choices for gaming and 3D because they have integrated graphics, with the Dell featuring AMD Ryzen 7 7730U Vega 8 and the Lenovo sporting Intel i7-1260P Iris Xe, which are suitable for light gaming but may struggle with high-end games and advanced 3D tasks. How the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 and the Lenovo ThinkBook 13s compare to other laptops
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."
"The best thing about the ThinkBook 13S is that it’s a good deal. Business buyers looking for ThinkPad-level performance and software without ThinkPad pricing will probably find the ThinkBook a solid option. While nothing about it is really spectacular, it’s certainly unusual to see the ThinkBook’s screen resolution at a sub-$1,000 price, and its performance will be more than adequate for most office tasks. The generous port selection, 16:10 aspect ratio, physical webcam shutter, and clear audio are certainly icing on the cake."
